The Plant Inventory database is actually two databases which together, allows the tracking of plant stocks, stock values and profits/loses across a plant inventory or individual plant.
The Plant Inventory database manages the various inventories you may have, say across your various gardens, garden plots or even garden centres.
The Plant Stock database view the current stock level and price for a plant associated with a specific inventory and displays the 'transactions' which got you to this point (i.e. Buying, selling, gifts etc.)
A further database provides simple plant transaction entries used in the above databases.
This is an initial release and we expect further enhancements as people start using it for real!
Edit Inventory Allows you to create new inventories, add new plant stock and do transactions for that plant. The display concentrates on the total number each plant associated with the inventory.
View Inventory Allows a non editable view of an inventory
Find Inventory Allows you to find an inventory based on all the information provided in the inventory database.
Inventory List Allows you to view all inventories matching in a Find. Each row has a quick entry button to see a particular collection
Reports So far none have been suggested.
The Stock database provides a view on your transactions of a particular plant associated with a specific inventory. It is intended to be used as a supporting database to the main Inventory database.
