The Harmonious Collections database provides a way to group plants which are aesthetically pleasing together. For instance interesting colour combinations, complementary flowering periods, etc. The database manages useful combination information. It currently supports 5 modes:

• Edit Collection
  The large green area show the plants associated with the collection. Selecting any of the image button to the right of the plant names will take you directly to the plant information. The collection information is also available in the plants database 'Recommendations panel', showing which collections a plant has been recommended for.

• View Collection
  Allows a non editable view on a particular collection.
   
• Find Collection
  Allows you to find a collection based on all the information provided in the collection database.
   
• Germination List
  Allows you to view all collections matching in a Find. Each row has a quick entry button to see a particular collection
   
• Reports
  So far none have been suggested.

The Harmonious Collections has been developed as a shareware extra. This is because it supports various interesting combinations which Fran has developed over the years which we believe will benefit your own garden in some way. A trail version is available as a free download on this site.

Harmonious Collections comes bundled with the CD-ROM purchase. It is possible to suggest possible new combinations for inclusion in this database, such contributions will gain future discounts to other products in return.
